The bootleg incorrectly lists the date and location as Köln 20/12/91. I knew immediately something was wrong as the Rock Hard Death/Napalm Death/Cannibal Corpse/Pestilence/Dismember mini-tour played in Köln on the 21st (the show on the 20th was in Berlin at Neue Welt). And actually it turns out to be neither of these gigs--Chris Barnes mentions Stuttgart in the stage banter at the end of "Meat Hook Sodomy," so like the Death and Napalm Death bootlegs on Hix-Hax, it's also a show from Dec. 19.
OK bootleg. Things tend to become a wall of noise during the fast parts of the songs (read: often), and the appeal of songs from only the first 2 albums is somewhat cancelled out by the relatively short setlist.
Other than listing the demo tracks as bonuses on the back insert, there's no other reference to Suffocation on the bootleg. Since "Human Waste" has been reissued with all of the demo tracks, I assume a lot of the appeal for this part of the bootleg has been lost. However, the demo tracks here don't appear to have been altered or remastered in any way, and apart from some tape noise, they sound very good.

Not only is all the stage banter growled and grunted in typical Chris Barnes fashion, but the crowd responds (or perhaps, attempts to respond) in similar fashion.
Chris mentions that this is Sinister's last show of their tour. Pretty good audience recording with lots of crowd noise, although you can hear the bootlegger's microphone get bumped a few times.
It's hardly noticeable, but there's a very slight sound level jump at the end of track 14. So there may have been an edit between "Innards Decay" and the encores.
