Bootleg has no recording/location info. It's from a show with Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies, The Cult, and Extrema (whose live mCD is from this show, I believe).

Does anyone happen to know where the intro music/sound effect is from?

Bad audience recording--the sound is cavernous and distant, and then you have the annoyance of nonstop crowd chatter over the whole thing. Nothing special about the set and as usual, Mustaine doesn't talk a whole lot. For die-hards only.
