The bootleg lists the first half of the disc as being from "Cleveland, Ohio, USA 1991." Mike does mention Cleveland at the beginning, so most people automatically assume this is the May 25, 1991 show from the Queensr˙che tour.

However, this show was broadcast by the Westwood One Radio Network in February 1991, so it would actually be a recording from the '90 tour. Cleveland is listed on the band's "You Can't Bring Me Down" tour shirt after the Cincinnati, Ohio gig (which took place on Aug. 30), so it's from Aug. 31 or early September. If anyone can help confirm an exact date, please let me know. The Cleveland audio is also on some other bootlegs but always under some incorrect '91 date.

The bootleg mentions the second half is from "The Paradiso, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, July 26, 1987." Amsterdam is indeed mentioned at the end of "Join the Army." I could find nothing to support the claim of a July 26 show--it's very likely this is actually June 29th, which would also fit in with the band's tour schedule, since they played Effenaar in Eindhoven on June 26 and played some German gigs in early July.
