The specific date and location are not given on the bootleg. An LP version of this bootleg with the same cover and fewer tracks was also released.

Two songs are missing from the set (which is in its entirety on the "Diamonds and Rust" 2CD boot, and there seems to have been some song order rearrangement, but the edits were so subtle I didn't notice any of the breakpoints. Still not bad at all for a single disc representation of the show.
