Video footage of this show exists. The tracks have short minigaps between them, and the track transitions aren't totally smooth--by that I mean there will be a second of audio missing or slight repetition of audio when the CD changes tracks.
There are a couple seconds of "No Dreams Breed in Breathless Sleep" being played over the PA as an outro at the very end.

Show was from a 4-day black metal festival (if you care, Gorgoroth's very first live show was at this fest the day before). Stage banter is (I assume) in Swedish.
The cover and back insert are just cropped versions of the front and back cover from the "Night's Blood" bootleg LP on Headache (which contains the same material). The bottom of the LP cover has been cropped to remove the title, and the title/Headache logo/numbered edition info was cropped from the back cover. You can still see a sliver off the top of the Headache logo in the bottom right corner of the CD's back insert. The "borrowed" elements are actually the best part of the layout; the inner booklet is just a pixelated "anti-cosmic metal of death" logo/graphic and the back cover of the booklet is a live pic of Jon, post-hair.
Sound quality isn't that hot to begin with, and there's constant hiss throughout the entire boot (it's pretty loud--possibly vinyl surface noise?)
"Where Dead Angels Lie" is an instrumental version.
There are breaks between all tracks except the first 2. All breaks fade out but only 4/5 fades back in, the rest resume without a fade-in. Between tracks 2/3, 4/5, and 6/7, there's a slight repeat of the audio from before the break.
It sounds like there's some sort of drop-out or sound oddity at 2:22 of "A Land Forlorn." It happens to be right at the point there there's that short stop in the song, but the cymbals and guitar cut off too cleanly and abruptly on the boot, like there's a split second of missing audio.
Inferior compared to the CD version of "Night's Blood" which predated it; see below.

Released with two different covers, both of which are normal pressed CDs. The coffin cover shown here is the earlier one.
This is the same gig/recording later used for the official "Live Legacy" CD--however, the official version omits "Night's Blood" and rearranges the track order. I haven't ever heard this official version, so I can't comment on editing/sound quality differences. I assume Nuclear Blast have remastered it and cleaned up the sound, although the quality of the bootleg audio is very good already.

Headache also released a limited LP with this title, which just included the live tracks. The CD uses the same basic background pics, but the layout has obviously been changed quite a bit to include mention of the demo tracks.
Compared to the later "Live in Oslo..." bootleg CD mentioned above, this boot is far superior. The track indexes occur at slightly different times between the two boots, but here there are no breaks between tracks, and audio hiss is much less prominent. Still, the live songs aren't the greatest quality, but this boot is primarily interesting for the demo tracks anyway.
The same "A Land Forlorn" audio oddity mentioned above is here too. Track 6 also fades out completely at 6:36 and fades back in at 6:40. This occurs during crowd noise, so the only thing you really miss is some guy shouting "Satyricon!"
