Part of the inner ring of the CD has been blacked out from the underside to hide some of the disc matrix info.
The first 5 tracks all either have the exact same running time or are only 1-2 seconds off from the "A Sorcery Written In Blood..." bootleg above, and comparing the two bootlegs, I heard no noticeable quality or sound differences other than the initial volume level. So I suspect these tracks were either sourced straight from that CD, or came from the same root source.
Tracks 6-7 are from "The Last Tormentor" EP. It just so happens that each track's time is exactly 1 second off from those on the "Bergen 1996" mCD (which is itself a remastered release of "The Last Tormentor" tracks). Rather than being sourced from the CD, I think this is just coincidence, as you can hear some hiss at the beginning and end of each song here, and they don't sound quite as vibrant or clean as the remastered CD versions.
Tracks 8-12 are listed as "live in Germany '96" with no specific information. Video footage of this Hamburg show also exists. It's not really evident on the bootleg since there's no obvious audio break, but the band went offstage between "Bergtrollets Hevn" and "Gorgoroth" (I think the breakpoint on the CD is around 3:57 on track 10).
The Hamburg tracks have short gaps between them. There's a split-second volume drop/sound oddity at 3:22 of track 12.
