From a show with Machine Head. Some tracks from this show were officially released on various versions of the "Serenity in Murder" EPs. Date is written as a single number ("941216") everywhere on the bootleg. The title is misspelled "Slaghter In The North" on the side spines of the back insert.

Tracks are sourced from a radio broadcast--at the beginning of tracks 1 and 6, there's a sound effect of something like a heavy door squeaking and being shut (like from a horror movie--I assume these are from the station IDs/breaks). Right before these effects at the very end of track 5 you can hear an announcer just start to speak before it cuts out.

At 8:23 of track 4, during the stage banter before "213," it sounds like there's a sound oddity as the crowd noise seems to skip for a split-second.

at 10:38 of track 6, there's a possible jump or edit, as the sound of the crowd noise seems interrupted.

There's a crackle noise at 4:04 of track 8 during the intro to "Angel of Death."

Excellent soundboard recording, but since it's from '94, not suprisingly, most of the setlist focus is on "Divine Intervention," and only one song from each of the first two albums. Also, Tom's "Angel of Death" scream is pretty weak.
