The bootleg doesn't have a full tracklisting, it only lists a few songs on the back insert "and oter songs" (some of the listed "songs" don't even exist, and appear to be the bootleggers' attempt to decipher Max's song introductions. "Wardog?" "Trudwig?").
New Orleans is indeed mentioned in the stage banter, and I have no reason not to believe the date given on the bootleg (from their Ministery/Helmet tour), but note Sepultura also played New Orleans in October as support for Ozzy.
The intro seems to be various movie samples and sound clips.
Max introduces track 5 as a song with "no name yet." It's just an early version of "Clenched Fist." It also sounds like he says there are no lyrics--there are vocals on the track, but he may mean they are improvised, as from what I can make out, they're not close to anything in the titled studio version of the song.
