Riot played Club Citta' three consecutive nights (April 12-14; this is mentioned before the first version of "Warrior").
Both versions of "The Last of the Mohicans" are instrumental adaptations of the main theme to the 1992 film. As on the "The Brethren of the Long House" album, the intro version is much shorter, while theere's a longer reprise on disc 2.
"Narita" and "Tokyo Rose" are incomplete because they were parts of a medley with "Outlaw"--each part was just given a seperate track index.
Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring (taken from Bach's cantata Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben, BWV 147) is an acoustic guitar version.
As I've noted above, "Instrument" is actually an awesome guitar version of the main theme to the movie Exodus. This runs directly into "Greensleeves," which is the old English folk tune.
"Shenandoah" is an old American folk song (there's a studio version on the "The Brethren of the Long House" album).

From a radio broadcast, with excellent quality. There seems to be some sort of edit after "Dream Away," and there is an audio glitch at 5:41 of "Loved by You."

The corner of the back insert lists the release number as "BON149/150," which is incorrect--the correct BON152 number is on the disc and spines though. Show is from a radio broadcast and has wonderful quality. The location is only given as Long Island on the bootleg, but there's an announcer that confirms the show is at My Father's Place in Roslyn (which is on Long Island anyway).
"Overdrive" runs long with extra instrumentation, and "Road Racin'" runs long with Guy Speranza attempting to motivate the audience. At 2:51 of "Road Racin'," there's a sound hiccup where the audio jumps slightly ahead.
The band play part of "Rock City," then they play a very short segment of "Tokyo Rose" on track 12 before finishing "Rock City."
Track 14 was previously released officially as the B-side of the "Outlaw" 7" single. There's a lot of crackling during the track so it seems to be sourced straight off the vinyl.
