Bootleg claims the source is "live at Long Beach Arena, L.A. Feb 1982." What makes the incorrect date especially weird is that Randy was still alive in February '82, yet Brad Gillis is even listed in the lineup on the back insert! Anyway, this is the Irvine Meadows recording that became the "Speak of the Devil" live VIDEO (which should not be confused with the "Speak of the Devil" live album of Sabbath covers). If you've ever seen any live video of Brad Gillis playing with Ozzy, this is probably the show you've seen.

I'm not sure what this bootleg was sourced from (perhaps the video?), but I believe Ozzy's vocals have been overdubbed--things just sound too good. Plus, I seem to recall that in the video version, some of the vocals did not sync up with the video.

This is not the complete set. While the first 3 and last 3 tracks are in order, the others have been rearranged a bit from their original order.

Track 1 begins with an intro (the beginning of "Diary of a Madman"--Randy's guitar bit inspired by Leo Brouwer's Etude #6--with some added choir effects played over the PA, etc.)

There are very subtle crackling noises occasionally during track 4 (the most noticeable one is at 2:58). After "Suicide Solution," there's a Brad Gillis solo, then an instrumental jam, and then a Tommy Aldridge drum solo. A short reprise of the instrumental jam was originally played after the drum solo but it's been cut out here (the keyboards you hear at the beginning of track 7 just before "Goodbye to Romance" starts are the very end of it).

There's a fade-out/fade-in at the end of track 9 after "Children of the Grave." This is the only obvious edit.
