The box houses 2 discs, each in an individual regular jewel case with full inserts. The recording information is only on the outer box.
There seems to be a slight distortion in the audio, as particularly during the stage banter, James' voice is overly high-pitched and nasal. It's less pronounced but slightly evident in the vocals too, but the instruments don't really seem to be affected.
As was normal around this time, "To Live is to Die" is just a short section of the song (the section right before the vocals start on the album version). I think that Kirk's guitar solo and the instrumental version of the "Little Wing" are also typical of the time and he throws in a lot of classic rock licks. I'm not going to take the time to dissect these since I wouldn't catch them all anyway, but I think Led Zeppelin's "Dazed and Confused" solo is in there somewhere.
On disc 2, the audio stops at the end of both tracks 1 and 2, and there's a short silence before the next track starts. Track 15 fades out near the end and then starts up again a few moments later.
"Fade to Black" has a short bass intro (also customary for old gigs). There seems to be a slight recording hiccup at 0:19.
"The Frayed Ends of Sanity" is even shorter than the normal abbreviated medley version. The few lyrics that are sung are totally miffed (it even sounds like James comments "We'll learn to play it next time.").
"Helpless", the parts of the Zeppelin/Deep Purple medley, and all the Iron Maiden covers are ultra-brief renditions. The guitars in "Run to the Hills" are purposefully played out of tune, but thankfully it only lasts a couple of seconds.
James messes up the second verse of "The Wait"--it appears that he forgets the lyrics so he starts singing parts of the first verse over.
"Last Caress" starts very abruptly, so there's likely an edit between tracks 12-13.
