Bootleg claims to be "Recorded in USA" in 1992. No other recording info is given.
The "Justice" medley is the usual--"Eye of the Beholder"/"Blackened"/"The Frayed Ends of Sanity"/"...And Justice for All"/"Blackened."
Kirk's guitar solo includes a rendition of the Alfred Hitchcock Presents theme.
Although you can't tell from the audio alone, if you've ever seen the video of this gig, James breaks a guitar string during the intro to "Am I Evil?" So Jason and Kirk play a little of the Allman Brothers' "Whipping Post," and then Jason, Kirk, and Lars play a bit of the Scorpions' "Rock You like a Hurricane."
There's a fade-out after "Damage Inc." The band play the intro to "Ride the Lightning" before "Motorbreath."
