Note that there are several other Metallica "Live USA" bootlegs also on Imtrat containing different material. There is also another (earlier, I believe) pressing of this particular CD that just has minor packaging differences. For example, the serial number in the upper left corner of the front insert is pink (rather than yellow). Also, on the back insert, the right side has a strip of grey shading, instead of the "Imtrat Music" logo there's just the "Imtrat" logo with a star, and there's no "PR-Record" logo as on this version.

Bootleg gives no recording information other than "recorded live in U.S.A. in 1991 + 1992." "L.A." is mentioned in the first altered line of "Seek and Destroy." The Jan. 6 show was the first of three consecutive nights that Metallica played the Forum. "Wherever I May Roam" was apparently not played on the 8th, and some of the other bootlegs of this show contain a cover of "Stone Cold Crazy," which was only played on the 6th (and actually, while there are multiple bootlegs of the show on the 6th, I've never seen any bootlegs from or claiming to be from the other two nights).

While there are no audible breaks, the songs were not played in this order--"Enter Sandman" actually opened the set. The only obvious edit point is at the end of track 6, where James' introduction has been cut down to just the word "puppets."

There are brief static-y noises at 2:03 of track 1 and 0:35 of track 4.

"Master of Puppets" is the abridged live version with only the first 2 verses and no solo, etc.

Jason Newsted sings most of "Seek and Destroy." During the crowd participation part of the song, James comments on people trying to sing while still sitting down.
