Soundboard audio. There's hardly any crowd noise, just what the stage mics were able to pick up, so it's awkwardly silent during most of the call-and-response/audience participation stuff and between songs. Video footage of this show exists.
Compared to the full show, there are only two major edits, neither of them noticeable. "The Thing That Should Not Be" (and Kirk doing a solo of Hendrix's "Third Stone from the Sun") were played after "Wherever I May Roam." Here, "The Unforgiven" just starts after the stage banter where "The Thing..." should have been. Jason's short bass solo and stage banter before "Orion" has also been cut.
There's a brief guitar solo after "Call of Ktulu."
