The disc itself is marked "Fuel." Soundboard quality, but that hardly helps them at this point.
There are breaks between tracks 9/10 and 13/14. Apparently between "Until It Sleeps" and "Stone Cold Crazy," the band played "For Whom the Bell Tolls," "Wherever I May Roam," "Nothing Else Matters," and "Enter Sandman." The other boots of this gig I've seen that include these tracks seem to leave off some of the songs from the end of the show.
I'm not sure whether track 10 is really a proper intro to "Stone Cold Crazy," or whether it's some spontaneous guitar/drum jam. "Creeping Death" begins with Hetfield leading the crowd on the "The Frayed Ends of Sanity" intro chant (the flying monkeys' march from The Wizard of Oz).
