Bootleg incorrectly lists the date as 6/12/1992. Curiously, the inside of the back insert has an article/story about the Aug. 8, 1992 Montreal incident where James was burned.

"Creeping Death" actually starts at the very end of track 1.

During Jason's bass solo, part of "Orion" is played. "The Four Horsemen" is sung entirely by Jason, and he sings most of "Whiplash" and "Seek & Destroy" as well.

At the end of "Wherever I May Roam," the opening riff to "Children of the Grave" is played.

"Mistreated" and "La Grange" are just partial instrumental covers.

Most of track 8 on disc 2 is actually the intro to "Am I Evil?" They begin to play the intro, then pause and play a few seconds of the beginning to "Enter Sandman," then continue "Am I Evil?" which flows into track 9.
