No recording info given beyond "Live in WI, USA 1985." Jeff Scott Soto mentions they're being recorded for a radio broadcast at the end of track 5.

The track 7 guitar solos include a bit of "The Star-Spangled Banner" (at 3:38) and Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 (at 10:40).

There are no vocals for the first verse of "Anguish and Fear," and Jeff Scott Soto's vocals don't pop in until the chorus. It's not clear whether there was some technical difficulty or if he just didn't sing it in the first place. There's also a drum solo in the middle of the song.

The acoustic solo before "Black Star" is listed on the CD itself, but is not mentioned on the insert tracklistings.
