I believe the Amsterdam show was broadcast on Dutch radio (Priest also played there again in December '81). These 5 songs are the only material from this show on bootleg CD I'm aware of, although a few of these songs are also on "The Breakin' the Law Live" boot LP.
The second half of the bootleg is incorrectly listed as being from July 4. This show was from an FM radio broadcast (Rob mentions WLIR in the goodbye stage banter). Hempstead is mentioned in the stage banter, so it's the July 5 date.
There are no gaps, but both shows have obvious edits between some tracks, as you can hear parts where some of Rob's stange banter has been cut-off.
There's a pop at 3:55 of track 4. There's a quick drop-out/glitch at 0:59 of track 10. Also, at the end of "Genocide," you can hear Rob firing off the machine gun for a moment.
There is also a boot CD titled "Hard as Rock" with the exact same material.
