Bootleg lists the venue as the "Coliseum Arena." I believe that rather than the Seattle Center Coliseum, the venue might have been the Seattle Center Arena (now Mercer Arena). I'm not certain, but they're both in the same area anyway.

There's an edit at 3:24 of track 3. There are also probably edits after "Delivering the Goods," "Sinner," "The Green Manalishi...," and "Victim of Changes," although they aren't blatant enough where I'm totally sure. There also may be a tiny audio hiccup at 1:41 of track 7, as Rob is not heard singing "command" and thus it appears the lyrics are slightly slurred together at one point.

As to be expected, wonderful show. The audio clarity is excellent although there are occasional crackles or static-y noises. You get to hear a quick burst of machine gun fire at the end of "Genocide," and Rob's deadpan intro to "The Ripper," while not too different from other shows, may be the best ever (sadly, they didn't take scalpels to the many prostitute look-alikes around during the "Turbo" era...).
