In regards to tracks 5 and 6, "Beyond the Realms of Death" was originally from the 3-track EP that came packaged with the initial UK press of the "...In the East" LP (also later released on the "Rock Forever" 12" single). "Evil Fantasies" was included as a third track on the 12" version of the "Living After Midnight" single. What makes "Evil Fantasies" sort of unusual among the "...In the East" tracks is that it's apparently the only officially released song from the sessions that did not get vocal overdubbing. Since both of these tracks have cracking and popping, it's obvious they were taken from their vinyl sources.

As written above, both locations/dates of the "...In the East" sessions are written on the insert, so it's unclear which specific gig this two tracks are from. It could actually be a mix due to the heavy dubbing/mixing used for the "...In the East" tracks. I should also mention I've seen one source claiming the Feb. 10 date/location is wrong and should be listed as a different Japanese Feb. 14th show, but I have no way to verify this. As bootlegs of many of the Japanese shows exist, hopefully I can clear things up as I get additional bootleg CDs.

In the introduction to track 7, Rob states that the NY show is the last show of their American tour.

Some additional tracks from the Cleveland show are available on the "Genocide" bootleg. Tracks 13 and 14 are also on the "From San Antonio to St. Louis" bootleg.
