No specific date is given on the bootleg. This show was recorded for broadcast on radio (a radio LP was made, in RKO's Captured Live! series). There are a couple of LP bootlegs of this gig, but this seems to be the only CD release of these tracks. Also, Dio apparently played two sets on the 7th due to public demand, but it is unclear if the broadcast and any subsequent bootlegs are from the earlier or later show.

While it uses the same cover and title, the "Evil Eyes" CD has nothing to do content-wise with the earlier bootleg double-LP.

There's a guitar solo between the two parts of track 4. "Stargazer" lasts for less than two minutes, and "Heaven and Hell" is the extended version.

There are fade outs/fade ins between tracks 4/5 and 6/7.
