The intro is "Overture of the Rebel Angels" from Glenn's "Black Aria" solo album.

Track 11 fades out. Looks like this was done to cut out a song, as you hear the first few notes of "Pain in the World."

Track 14 fades out and then the encore tracks start.

All the San Francisco tracks fade out. James Hetfield and Kirk Hammett were guest performers on "Halloween II." They played guitar, but James introduces the song and you can hear him a bit during the chorus as well.
